Job Description Summary -Managing and handling facility management team for effective maintenance of infrastructure; both for Laboratory, Office space and Liasoning with Government and regulatory agencies. Prepare BOM, coordinate with Architects and Design Firms for design finalization Job Description Major accountabilities: Proactively provide innovative services to a small site or commercial office and drive superior performance for all local REFS -Ensure a well performing operation that meets agreed service levels, drives operational excellence against defined benchmarks. Build and develop talent and drive a continuous improvement mindset at the site. Develop service strategy in alignment with relevant business strategy and lead implementation at site. Be accountable for the statutory responsibilities and signing authority at the site -Local negotiations alongside with procurement, providing adequate risk and control architecture -Ensure that the site is align to Novartis security standards, policies, guidelines and local ordinances. Conduct annual site security assessment to identify risks and mitigate identified issues. Collaborates with the COEs and provides a cross-COE perspective to ensure business insights drive continuous improvement towards excellence in service delivery and increase overall work experience -To be responsible for preparing functional budget, managing expenses within the budget and support management in cost savings if any. Documentation/ Record Keeping -To maintain up-to-date records related to site. Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Key performance indicators: High level of customer satisfaction from all key customers -Achieve financial target and saving plan -Proven resilience and strong leadership skills to drive change Minimum Requirements: Work Experience: Financial Management. New Product Innovation. Project Management. Operations Management and Execution. Representing the organization. Languages : English.
