Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing client accounts, related servicing requests
- Handle client communication in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up on open requests and help move them to resolution
- Keep client account and policy records complete, up to date, and well organized
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across CRM and ERP systems
- Work closely with internal teams to support client needs
- Help ensure a high level of service and attention to detail in daily operations
- Experience in account management, customer support, or another client-facing position
- Insurance industry experience preferred, with knowledge of insurance products, services, and markets
- An active Property and Casualty insurance producer license is a plus, and we are happy to support candidates who are interested in obtaining one
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently while working effectively with team members and internal departments
- Tech savvy, able to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems
- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language is a plus
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- On-site in Spartanburg, SC
