What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Storage Rep position at U-Store Self Storage?
We are looking for a professional, self-motivated, organized, customer service superstar, to join our storage team. Excellent communication skills, and a general knowledge of Windows based computers required. Property management or storage experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
The primary office that you would be working at would be the Hansard location but as you get more training and the Weldwood location fills up more you might be mainly over in that office. The weldwood location is only a few minutes away from the Hansard location as well.

Day to Day tasks
- Dealing with in person, online and phoned in payments
- Dealing with move in's and vacates
- Being able to deal with POS systems
- Being able to deal with customers and assist them with questions they might have
- Being able to clean inside the office and around facility to keep things looking nice for yourself and customers.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to cover other facilities as needed.

Compensation is hourly, Position is PT
Days would be Thursday - Saturday
Must be available for Saturday 9am to 4pm.
Hours:
- 25 hours but could go up to 30 as the facility grows.
