Position Overview

Godfather's Pizza is seeking a dedicated and motivated Full Time 2nd Shift Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to join our team in Hickman, NE. The ASM will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, and leading the team to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations during the 2nd shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and POS operations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers.
• Support hiring, training, and development of new staff members.
• Assist in scheduling and labor management to optimize store productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to operate POS systems and manage cash handling procedures.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
