Operations Assistant
LOUDON TTMS TERMINAL
Monday-Friday 4:00pm - 9:00pm
Compensation Range: $25,400 - $38,100

What You’ll Do:
- Correspond with customers and confer with coworkers to answer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and address complaints.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as answering phones and file documents or records
- May include other duties as assigned by Management
What We’re Looking For:
Education
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
Experience
- One or more-years’ experience in the trucking industry or customer service
Skills/Certifications
- Data Entry Speed and Accuracy.
- Able to multi-task effectively.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Use of copier, fax, computer and scanner required.
- Basic knowledge of record keeping.
