Primary Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for working closely with the Driver Recruiting team in providing support to programs and projects across the department. Report project status to leadership and ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope project delivery.
Position Functions:
· Support administrative requirements including compiling and analyzing information, contributing to problem solving, making recommendations, and reporting outcomes.
· Develop relationships with key points of contact both internally and externally.
· Commit to delivering service excellence to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
· Lead discovery and operational meetings with directors, VPs, and additional high-level clients.
· Manage assigned projects and programs including maintaining and updating comprehensive documentation, schedules, and timelines.
· Provide reports and metrics on projects, programs, and initiatives within driver recruiting department.
· Provide and maintain a comprehensive suite of scorecards and performance metrics to support ongoing performance discussions and operational reviews on both a weekly and monthly basis.
· Own, administer, and fully execute all applicant tracking system (ATS) operations including configuration, maintenance, and user support.
· Serve as the organizational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the applicant tracking system by providing strategic guidance, troubleshooting, and best-practice recommendations.
· Own and execute the applicant tracking system portion of the business continuity plan (BCP), ensuring system stability and continuity of recruiting operations.
· Execute the strategy for assigned driver recruiting programs.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For:
Education
· High school diploma or GED equivalent required
· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required
· Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience managing driver recruiting programs, systems, projects, recruiters, or related operational initiatives required
· Transportation, Logistics, and/or Tech industry experience a plus

· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Expertise with driver recruiting applicant tracking system (ATS)
· Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
· Expertise with Microsoft Office suite
