What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the on-the-ground compliance leader for our residential programs, ensuring daily operations meet all licensing and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a primary liaison with licensing and regulatory agencies (including DHCS)
- Conduct routine program walk-throughs, audits, and documentation reviews
- Ensure client records, incident reports, logs, and compliance documentation are accurate and audit-ready
- Oversee and monitor medication storage, logs, and administration practices
- Identify compliance gaps in real time and implement corrective actions
- Train, coach, and hold staff accountable to documentation and policy standards
- Support licensing inspections, audits, and corrective action plans
- Monitor staff credentials and personnel files for compliance
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in social services, public administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience monitoring compliance, quality assurance, or program operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence in coaching staff and reinforcing accountability
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, case management systems)
- Experience in social services, residential programs, or behavioral health/SUD settings
- Familiarity with Title 9 or DHCS licensing requirements
- Background in quality assurance, audits, or regulatory compliance
- Experience with medication monitoring/documentation
- Professional licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
