Join a mission-driven team dedicated to ending veteran homelessness. As a Licensed Clinical Team Supervisor, you will lead clinical service delivery, supervise case management teams, and ensure high-quality mental health, housing, and supportive services for veterans in the HUD-VASH program.
This role is ideal for a licensed clinician with experience in behavioral health, case management supervision, and housing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HUD-VASH Case Managers and Peer Support Specialists
- Serve as the program’s Mental Health Treatment Coordinator
- Review and approve treatment plans (MHTP), housing plans (IHEP), and Level of Care determinations
- Oversee client screening, intake, and program eligibility
- Monitor caseloads, client progress, and program outcomes
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, VA guidelines, and program requirements
- Conduct case reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities
- Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management to staff
- Facilitate weekly clinical and case management meetings
- Coordinate staff trainings and professional development activities
- Collaborate with VA partners, multidisciplinary teams, and community providers
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA
- Support accreditation efforts and program compliance initiatives
- Analyze program data and trends to inform improvements
- Coordinate client discharges and transition planning
- Participate in on-call rotation for crisis intervention
- Active LCSW or LMFT license required
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years supervising clinical or case management staff
- Experience in mental health services, crisis intervention, and treatment planning
- Knowledge of housing programs, HUD-VASH, or homeless services
- Ability to pass NACI background check and complete VA VetPro credentialing
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with veterans or military populations
- Familiarity with VA systems, HUD programs, or Continuum of Care
- Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices

Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
