The Opportunity
As an Associate MFT or CSW, you will provide therapeutic services to clients experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will work under the guidance of licensed clinical leadership and participate in ongoing supervision to support your professional development.
This role offers a balance of autonomy and support—giving you space to grow while ensuring you are guided along the way.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients using evidence-based approaches
- Support clients navigating mental health challenges, trauma, and life transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build and manage a caseload (growing to approximately 10 clients per week)
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team collaboration
- Manage your schedule to meet both client needs and program expectations
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care
- You are committed to growing as a clinician
- You are open to feedback and clinical supervision

- You are reliable, organized, and communicative
- You approach clients with empathy, professionalism, and curiosity
Qualifications
- Registered Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) with the appropriate state board
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Interest in working with diverse populations, including veterans
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage scheduling and client caseload
- Proof of malpractice insurance required
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including Fridays (and Saturdays as needed)
