Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex finance projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
- Directly or indirectly manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct strategic financial analysis to support high-level decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast and analyze financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7 - 10 years of related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures of accounting (GAAP) with the ability to teach others.
- Additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA).
