Order Selector / Warehouse Team Member

We're hiring dependable warehouse team members to pick and build pallets in a fast-paced distribution environment. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in your work, there's real earning potential here.

What you'll do:

• Accurately pick and stack customer orders on pallets to company standards
• Operate a Class III Rider Jack or Electric Pallet Jack (training available for the right candidate)
• Transport completed pallets to correct staging areas
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Perform equipment checks and report issues to a supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures including proper lifting techniques
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What we're looking for:

• Ability to lift and move 50–100 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in Dry, Cooler, and Freezer environments
• 1 year of Rider Jack or Class III forklift experience preferred (not required — we train)
• Experience with order picking, palletizing, or voice picking systems is a plus
• Basic shipping and receiving knowledge a plus — can lead to advancement
• Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thu 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Fri 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overtime available when needed — great opportunity for extra earnings
