Key Responsibilities
- Support Payroll integrations and retirement services for multiple parties.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll and retirement benefit reporting.
- Perform data analysis and reconciliation using advanced Excel functions.
- Generate reports and insights related to payroll and retirement benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory:
- 1 years of experience in Payroll
- Strong understanding of payroll components
- Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
Good to Have:
- Experience with 401(k) Retirement Services
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
