Employees frequently operate in tight or confined spaces, especially in kitchen prep and storage areas. - Unload trucks, stock produce, frozen and dry goods, and dispose of fryer oil properly.
- Load and unload stock efficiently, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Follow all food service department policies and procedures.
- Ensure staffing requirements for service areas are met as needed.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Rocket Center.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists accurately.
- Assist in other areas as required to support operational needs.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment with a desire to follow organizational procedures.
