- Serves as Director within ODR&R with responsibility for the integrity, implementation, and continuous improvement of loan processing systems and controls to ensure compliance with quality standards, prudent lending practices, and stewardship of public funds, including corrective actions in response to audits
- Leads the development and implementation of policies, criteria, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for SBA disaster loan programs and the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG)
- Monitors nationwide disaster activity, analyzes impact and recovery needs, and coordinates with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and partners to produce accurate data analytics, forecasts, and reports to support operational planning
- Provides strategic direction on operational and staffing requirements, including scalable and surge operations, to ensure efficient field deployment
