Position Location: Blue Bell, PA - (ON-SITE Position)
(Full Time) Wednesday - Friday 1PM to 9PM, Saturday and Sunday 8AM to 4PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain dependable and available workforce based on client needs;
- Assist Scheduling and Operations with the coordination of employee shifts;
- Create and modify shifts in the scheduling software;
- Communicate with Operations Team whenever there's a conflict in scheduling;
- Keep Operations Team informed of schedule changes, gaps and needs;
- Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of administrative experience supporting operations (preferred);
- Ability to work independently with the capability of adapting to changing priorities;
- Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Demonstrates dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Must be able to pass background proceedings and drug screening.
