Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role based in Arkadelphia, AR. Responsibilities include managing the shipping and receiving of goods, performing packing tasks, unloading shipments, and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Additional duties may include organizing inventory and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Packing
- Skilled in Unloading and organizing shipments
- Proficiency in Forklift Operation and handling Pallet Jacks safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on tasks and lift heavy objects
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
