About the Role
The Reservation Coordinator is the heartbeat of our customer experience — the first voice our customers hear and the organized force that keeps our fleet operations running smoothly. You'll manage incoming reservation requests, guide customers through our vehicle options, coordinate availability across our fleet, and ensure every booking is handled with accuracy and care. What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with speed and accuracy
- Guide customers through vehicle options, pricing, availability, and policies — matching them with the right van for their needs
- Coordinate booking logistics and ensure accurate data entry across all systems (CRM, rental software, etc.)
- Proactively follow up with leads, pending reservations, and past customers to drive conversions and repeat business
- Communicate clearly with internal team members to align on fleet availability, pickup/return logistics, and special requests
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with leadership
- Help develop and refine internal processes as we grow — your input matters here
- Support other operational needs as they arise — this is a team-first environment

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, reservations, hospitality, or a related field
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus)
- Background in music industry, transportation, automotive, travel, or rental industries is a bonus — but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment where processes are still being built
