Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN)
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cross-functional team at US Renal Care. As an integral part of our team, you will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to provide high-quality care for patients living with kidney disease.
Patient Care
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients.
- Completing and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments.
- Monitoring patients during treatment and ensuring quality renal care by completing monthly reviews of patient medication profiles.
Safety & Quality
You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to adhere to all company policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current nursing license in the applicable state.
- One or more years of current nursing experience, preferably in dialysis nursing.
