The Operations & Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our residential subscription-based trash service. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, delivering excellent customer service, assisting with administrative functions, and supporting billing processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Provide professional and timely customer support, resolving service issues and questions

Assist with onboarding new customers and managing subscription accounts

Support billing operations, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account updates

Maintain accurate customer records and service data

Perform general administrative duties to support daily office operations

Coordinate with operations/field teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations

Help identify and improve processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
