We are seeking a motivated and responsible Part-Time Keyholder to join our dynamic retail team. Duties
- Open and close the store safely and efficiently, ensuring all security protocols are followed
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control procedures
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
- Support sales initiatives through upselling, promotional displays, and marketing efforts
- Supervise store operations during shifts, including cashiering, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Train new team members on store policies, POS usage, customer service standards, and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or similar environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proven experience in retail sales, inventory management, and merchandising techniques
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic retail math
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in store operations and customer service
- Knowledge of employee orientation, interviewing techniques, recruiting practices, and training & development strategies is desirable
- Experience with budgeting, sales management, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives is advantageous
