Job Description
The ACD is a highly responsible professional health care and management position requiring a high level of managerial skill, quality, productivity and leadership. The individual holding this position is responsible for assisting the CD with operations of the clinical services of Empower Physical Therapy at your location and oversees clinical & administrative/front office work in absence of the CD. The ACD will be accountable for patient care, timely documentation, and appropriate billing. The ACD will be a liaison with the CD on training the team clinical standards and company procedures, as well as being a liaison with the Marketing Assistant, Admin supervisor and Tech Supervisor.
Qualifications
This position is only available for full-time (40-hour/week) permanent (W-2) DPT
Prior experience as a CD or ACD is preferred but not required.
Expected Characteristics:
Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state of Alaka license or (soon to have if relocating)
High communications skills
