1st and 2nd Shift Production Workers – Elkhorn
US Packaging, LLC are seeking energetic and dedicated Production Workers at its Elkhorn facility during its 12 hour shift operations. The Production Worker will perform assembly & packaging work in a manufacturing and assembly environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment. Hours: 1st shift-6am-6pm 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on for a total of (7) 12-hour shift days per pay period total of 84 hours biweekly.
2nd shift-6pm-6am 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on for a total of (7) 12-hour shift days per pay period total of 84 hours biweekly.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work on an assembly line - assembling the materials to produce products from raw material
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
- Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
Physical Environment/Working Conditions: The position is in the factory and involves sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The position may require some heavy lifting – up to 50 pounds.
