This announcement will be used to fill Helper Trainee (Various Trades) positions at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF). The Helper Trainee WG-01 position prepares you for marine industrial careers.

- You will assist skilled and semi-skilled trade workers by performing the simpler duties of the trade, i.e., obtaining tools, plans and materials.
- You will assist others in performing trade tasks such as disassembly, repair, and assembly of components; preparation, coating or removal of materials from surfaces; removal, fitting, and installation of piping.
- You will assist others in performing trade tasks such as handling, storing and disposing of materials.
