Are you up to the challenge?
- Applicants will work on real tickets related to our AI applications, on the Platform/AI Team
- Applicants will gain experience in Python (LangChain/LangGraph), using the latest AI tools, APIs, and creating production-ready AI experiences with React-powered frontends.
- Applicants will participate in standard Scrum activities like standups, planning and review meetings, retrospectives, estimations, etc.
- Applicants will have their code reviewed by senior developers who will help them learn how to produce professional-caliber code.
- Applicants should be candidates for or recipients of a postgraduate degree in engineering, mathematics, or science
- Interest in AI and how AI can improve workflows, create new products, etc.
- Experience using AI-coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc).
- Familiarity with the basics behind LLMs, RAG, Vector, Agentic architectures.
- Experience with calling APIs (whether AI or web) and creating full-stack web prototypes.
- Applicants should have some experience working with source control technologies like Git.
- Eligible candidates must be one of the following:
- Part-time or full-time students who have completed 48 credit hours and are enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university
- Part-time or full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism and maturity in the workplace
- Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in use of MSOffice Suite and Google Docs
- 3.0 GPA or above preferred
- 10 weeks; starting on Monday, June 1, 2026 through Friday, Aug 7, 2026
- We expect interns to work 37.5 hours/week, Monday- Friday
- All candidates must be able to work a hybrid in-office work schedule from our Washington, DC or New York offices
- Internship pays $17.50 per hour
- Interns will be paired with a buddy (a mentor) in their office location for the duration of their internship.
