Job Description
Aviation Electronics, Electrical, and Computer Systems Technicians (AV) work on some of the most advanced aircraft systems in the world.
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and electronic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair advanced aircraft systems including digital computers,fiber optics,radar,infrared detection,and laser electronics.
Work Environment:
AV technicians serve in aviation environments around the world.Work may take place in hangars aboard aircraft carriers in electronics labs or outdoors on flight lines.
