The Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for transporting, restocking, and organizing food, beverages, and supplies throughout the property. This role also supports banquet and event operations by setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, speakers and other related equipment to ensure events are prepared accurately and on time. Operations Support Coordinators are on-site, part-time, hourly employees that report directly to the Assistant Manager of Guest Services. Responsibilities Move and restock food, beverages, linens, and supplies across designated areas of the property.Assistwith banquet and event setup, including moving, arranging, and breaking down tables, chairs, staging, and other equipmentEnsure event spaces are set according to floor plans and supervisor instructionsMaintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, service corridors, and event spacesSafely lift, carry, and transport items using proper equipment and techniquesRespond to last-minute setupchanges or requests during eventsFollow all safety, sanitation, and company proceduresCommunicate effectively with banquet, culinary, group sales,eventsand guest services teamsOther duties as assigned.Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and carrying heavy items.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Team-Oriented attitude with a willingness toassistwhere needed.Prior experience in hospitality, events, or facilities support is a plus but notrequired.Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays,and duringother Whitewater events as needed.Physical Demands Must be able to work outdoors for sustained periods of time in all weather and environmental conditions. Mustbe able to lift and carry at least 50 poundswith or withoutassistance.Must be able to bend, stand, lean, and kneel on a regular basis and for sustained periods of time.Must be able to safely self-transport over uneven terrain or in a confined space.Must be able to work in shared spaces with other employees and customers.Allpositionsas Whitewater require employees to report and work onsite at Whitewater locations.Benefits Access to the Whitewater Center’s pass activitiesStaff discount program and pro deals401K Overview of Department The Guest Services Department is responsible for creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The department provides exceptional customer care and clear communication with guests. Guest Services manages event production, private groups, retail operations, and all pass sales at the Whitewater Center.
