As a Resource Assignment Analyst (RAA), you’ll play a key role in coordinating and assigning court reporters for client-requested proceedings across the country. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that blends scheduling, administrative support, and client communication.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do
- Review, edit, and maintain the job calendar daily to ensure accuracy and coverage
- Coordinate and assign court reporters based on client needs, availability, and requirements
- Partner with internal teams to understand service requests and align on priorities
- Communicate with clients and external court reporters via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
- Monitor incoming requests and respond quickly to last-minute changes or cancellations
- Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time
- Support special projects and additional tasks as needed
- Strong administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
