Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST - Must be able to work these hours

What You’ll Do
- Review, edit, and maintain the job calendar daily to ensure accuracy and coverage
- Coordinate and assign interpreters based on client needs, availability, and requirements
- Partner with internal teams to understand service requests and align on priorities
- Communicate with clients and external resources via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
- Monitor incoming requests and respond quickly to last-minute changes or cancellations
- Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time
- Support special projects and additional tasks as needed
- 👉 Current or prior experience as a Resource Assignment Analyst (RAA) (required)
- Strong administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
- Dependable and reliable with strong attention to detail
