Role Description
The Maintenance Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Wilmington, NC. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, overseeing daily tasks such as landscape and grounds care, performing general maintenance, and conducting preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems. This position requires hands-on support and coordination to achieve operational efficiency while maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure proper functionality and safety of tools and machinery
- Experience in Maintenance and Plant Maintenance to support landscape and grounds care operations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to grounds care and equipment
- Working knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar fields is preferred
