Crew Leader – U.S. Lawns
The Crew Leader is responsible for managing landscape maintenance operations, ensuring quality service, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves supervising and training crew members, maintaining safety standards, and representing the company professionally on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Communicate professionally with clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. Keep Owner/Manager informed of all client interactions and job site issues.
- Crew Oversight: Assign daily tasks, monitor work quality, enforce company policies, and prepare materials and equipment for each day.
- Training & Development: Train crew members on job procedures, safety practices, and leadership skills to support team growth.
- Safety & Compliance: Promote and enforce a safe work environment. Ensure crew adheres to company policies and wears appropriate uniforms.
- Equipment & Quality Control: Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition. Conduct site inspections to meet quality standards and bid specs.
- Administrative Support: Maintain job schedules, complete required forms, and assist with performance evaluations.
Job Type: Full-time
