About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role that requires the attorney to provide legal counsel on immigration issues, advise clients on visa applications, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court or before government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on immigration issues to clients
- Advise clients on visa applications and other immigration law matters
- Prepare legal documents, such as visa petitions and immigration appeals
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration law and policies
- Maintain case files and collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Proficiency in handling immigration issues, immigration law, and visas
- Strong understanding of legal issues and immigration regulations
- Familiarity with S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
