Overview
U.S. Forensic, LLC, an ATS company, is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Events Coordinator to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media, website, email, and conference marketing strategies while collaborating closely with internal marketing partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, CRM data, and conference promotion, with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
Location: Ideal candidate should be available for a hybrid role in Marietta, GA area
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing Strategies
- Develop social media and website strategies for lead generation, brand, capability, and capacity awareness.
- Review and assess current state of website(s) and recommend content updates or redesign improvements. Oversee implementation of enhancements and ongoing updates.
- Collaborate with ATS and SGS Marketing partners to align social media and marketing strategies.
- Define email marketing initiatives and timelines, working with ATS Email Marketing Expert to execute campaigns and measure/analyze results.
- Investigate SEO options and opportunities for segment brands and services.
Conference Marketing Strategies
- Create and oversee annual conference calendar. Coordinate and host pre-conference planning meetings. Lead conference marketing strategy implementation.
- Assist with conference follow-up and determination of conference success via leads or new contacts generated.
- Attend conferences and assist with exhibit floor coordination and management.
- Collaborate and assist sales and leadership teams with conference registration and exhibit floor bookings.
- Oversee conference collateral to include creation and ordering of new materials (e.g. pop-up stands, brochures, swag, etc.) and coordination/shipping of the same to and from sites.
- Other conference related oversight and enhancements as needed or determined by experience.
Regional/National Marketing Initiatives
- Identify location-specific forensic engineering services to prepare regional and national marketing plans.
- Tracking the number of Engineering leads and opportunities by region.
- Analyze and leverage CRM data specific to leads, opportunities, and contacts to coordinate with marketing strategies.
- Provide support across the segment, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, with a proven track record of executing campaigns and strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for layout, editing, and publication-ready document production
- Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management platforms to schedule, monitor, and analyze campaigns.
- Strong background in creative content development, including copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization strategies to drive online visibility and engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
