- You will recommend quality improvements to shop management based on lessons learned from audits, investigation analysis, and special studies results.
- You will prepare various monthly/quarterly reports.
- You will ensure safe work practices are followed.
- You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- You will conduct internal program, process and ship overhaul audits to identify quality problems and opportunities for improvements.
- You will review training materials and conduct quality assurance training classes for employees of the Service group.
