This position is a TIER THREE clinical care practitioner with clinical supervisor eligibility. Applicants must meet all of the following requirements as outlined in SECNAVINST 1754.8:

This position is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.
The Cyber Interagency Transfer Authority (CITA) permits movement of CES employees appointed under Section 1599f of Title 10 U.S.C. and excepted service employees appointed under Schedule A, Section 213.3106(b)(11) of Title 5 CFR, into cyber workforce positions in the competitive service and movement of competitive service employees into DoD Cyber Workforce positions within the Military Departments and Defense Agencies.
This position is subject to an initial drug screening, and random testing thereafter. A negative drug test result must be received by HR within 30 calendar days after the EOD (i.e., start date). The selectee's inability to successfully pass; or refusal to conduct the test may result in: 1) the tentative or final job offer being withdrawn during the recruitment process; or 2) subsequently being removed from Federal service for failure to meet a condition of employment. You may be required to sign a "Drug Test Statement of Understanding" if you are selected for this position.

- You will serve as a SOCIAL WORKER in the FLAG ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (N00) of U.S. FLEET CYBER COMMAND (USFLTCYBERCOM).
- You will conduct need assessments to include focus groups and individual assessments to accomplish specific program development.
- You will serve as the USFLTCYBERCOM Suicide Prevention Program Manager, Human Factors Program Manager, Command Resiliency Team Manager and Navy Behavioral Health Representative.
- You will serve as a senior advisor to commanders and civilian leadership on behavioral health issues affecting mission effectiveness.
- You will provide short-term, solution focused counseling for stress, fatigue, moral injury, and operational burnout.
- You will coordinate medical, legal and social services and provides command consultation to assist in referral and treatment.
- You will develop policies, procedures, and metrics for resilience and behavioral health programs.
- You will deliver training on stress management, resilience, and mental performance.

- State or U.S. territory license or certification that provides legal authority to provide clinical services as an independent practitioner in the fields of Licensed Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
- When the state or U.S. territory licensing or certification requirements include a written examination, candidates for privileging, must have achieved a passing score on that examination.
- Must have engaged in two years, full-time, post-masters supervised clinical experience AND have two years, full-time clinical experience post independent licensure or certification.
