- You will provide assessments of all risks associated with very difficult and complex ship repair, maintenance and major overhaul work performed onboard as assigned ship/submarine repair.
- You will provide assessment and risk handling strategies from initial planning stage through execution of all maintenance work ending at the delivery of ship/submarine back to operational fleet.
- You will lead meetings and provide guidance for attendees/members in a timely matter.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- Experience utilizing management information systems and databases to collect metrics, analyze operational data, apply fact-finding techniques, and provide executive-level assessments and recommendations.
- Experience utilizing quantitative analysis and advanced evaluative methods to assess risks and develop comprehensive solutions for complex challenges impacting cost, schedule, technical quality, and environmental/safety.
- Experience advising senior management on the acceptance, mitigation, transfer, or avoidance of operational risks.
