Greeter is responsible for welcoming customers, providing directions, and providing information to citizens at the cashiering location. Candidates must have reliable transportation. Position is conveniently located within Center City Philadelphia.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Always exhibit a positive and professional disposition.
- Greet and provide information to citizens daily.
- Assist cashiers with resolving customer issues and/or concerns.
- Perform research of citizen’s plates/tickets.
- Forward escalation situations on behalf of citizens to the walk-in center management team.
- Provide visitors with directions and any information they require
- Able to perform responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
- Able to maintain departmental standards.
- Perform with high level of accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure or when dealing with a dissatisfied customer
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume area.
- Familiar and able to use laptops and tables to complete tasks.
- Must be available to work all shifts between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday and Saturday 9am-1pm.
- Scheduling is based on the need of the cashiering site
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and/or Spanish
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
