Solar Installer Experienced Residential

U.S. Energy Solutions has immediate openings for Experienced Residential Solar Installers with a minimum of 1 year of Residential SOLAR installation experience. 

Installers are expected:

• to be able to interpret and execute a system design/layout, which will include mounting rails, mounting solar panels, module wiring interconnections, and setting up the array to have the electrical team take over.
  

• to communicate effectively with customers, the field supervisor, and the sales team.
  

• be responsible for driving USES owned vehicles, organizing and keeping clean all work environments, and follow proper safety and organizational protocols.
  

• Comfortable working at high elevations, with a ladder and on sloped roofs.
