- Verify wellbore documentation, as-drilled surveys, and plat maps for accuracy.
- Support engineering systems including CygNet, SCADA, and Field Data Gathering (FDG).
Drilling & Completions Support
- Collect, organize, and analyze drilling and completion data, post-job reports, and operational documentation.
- Support engineering evaluations including pad lookbacks, pressure trends, cementing analysis, directional QA/QC, and frac performance reviews.
- Maintain engineering records and vendor documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop recurring operational reports, dashboards, and engineering analytics using Excel, Spotfire, and other reporting tools.
- Monitor operational metrics including drilling performance, completion activity, water usage, and cost tracking.
- Provide engineers and leadership with accurate, timely data to support operational planning and decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and engineering workflows.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and IT to enhance engineering systems and data reliability.
- Support special projects and initiatives that improve operational efficiency across the organization.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience supporting upstream engineering, drilling, completions, or production operations.
- Strong experience with WellView and engineering data management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and organize large datasets.
- Experience with engineering platforms such as FDG, ZoneVu, Spotfire, CygNet, SCADA, or similar systems is highly preferred.
