USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Branch General Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Franklin, MA location.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, verify, and store incoming materials accurately.
* Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call with attention to detail.
* Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, wire cutters) safely and efficiently.
* Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
* Tag and label materials, process shipping documentation, and assist with returns or discrepancies.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Support general warehouse duties and contribute to a safe, organized work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
* Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in variable warehouse conditions.
* Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills.
* Comfortable with ladders, forklifts, and handling physical tasks.
* Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions clearly.
* Forklift experience is strongly preferred.
