Duties

- Duties include - but are not limited to: Primary and preventative foot care - to include patient education on prevention and early detection of foot problems
- Operation a robust clinical practice adhering to the highest standards of safety and infection control
- Delivering highest quality of care supported by evidence-based research
- Completing thorough documentation - place appropriate referrals and consults for treatment and prostheses - and respond timely to veteran and staff requests for information
- Perform administrative functions as needed to support clinical tasks
- Work with other members of the clinical care team and medical center to support the care of the veteran and the mission of the VA
- Supervisory duties including - but not limited to - personnel management
- resource allocation
- budget planning
- serving as PAVE Coordinator
- and equipment and supply management
- Service management to include timely completion of suspenses - reports - and requests for data to support facility operations and delivery of high-quality patient care
- Clinical management of service and resources to ensure optimal levels of productivity - utilization - access - and care delivery for veterans
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
- 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m
