- The Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant (PA) position is within the Primary and Specialty Medicine Service Line
- Duties include chronic disease management - preventative health care and evaluation of episodic acute illness to a predominately male population
- Functions or Scope of Assigned Duties: Assesses and documents medical history - diagnosis - and plan of care
- Initiates - orders - and evaluates plans of care for panel of outpatient clients
- Provides follow-up exams for mediation management and monitoring
- Provides patient/family education regarding disease process - risk factor - symptom control - and treatment( including use of medication)
- Consults with other providers and multidisciplinary team
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm Telework: Ad-hoc Only Virtual: This is not a virtual position

Salary : $123,240 - $196,732
