Duties

- The Advanced Practice Nurse-Clinical Nurse Specialist duties include but are not limited to: Manage acute and chronic health conditions in adult and geriatric populations
- Implement evidence-based practices for disease prevention - health promotion - and care coordination
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide effective treatment
- Disseminate research findings to improve care standards
- Incorporate best practices into patient care protocols
- Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff
- Update healthcare team on the latest clinical guidelines

Salary : $89,083 - $166,363
