Position will be filled at any of the locations listed below. Site specific salary information as follows:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Provides overall direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, testing, systems integrations, product improvement and fielding of applications on the ServiceNow and SAP platforms.
- Assures industry standards for ServiceNow are implemented for maximum effectiveness, efficiency, and success of assigned IT programs and IT sustainment. Experience leading and mentoring technical and non-technical program staff in support of the ServiceNow Programs. Understanding of how resources can be maximized to get the most return on investment for FLIS (ServiceNow and SAP based application).
- Experience working with the Federal Cataloging Community and understanding of the Federal Logistics Information system (FLIS) as well as the Provisioning/Cataloging/Tech data processes.
- Assists in formulating and executing the assigned budget by collecting, consolidating and analyzing project data to determine mission essential requirements, and then prioritizing input for budget submissions
