About the Position: This job announcement will fill multiple vacancies for Supervisory Interdisciplinary positions at full-performance level (FPL) GS-13 in Buffalo, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; Sault Ste Marie, MI; Wright-Patterson AFB, OH and full-performance level (FPL) GS-14 in Buffalo, NY & Pittsburgh, PA.Qualifications:This job announcement will fill multiple vacancies at the full performance levels (FPLs) of GS-13 and GS-14. TO QUALIFY FOR THE FPL GS-13: Specialized Experience: One year of leading interdisciplinary project teams to execute complex technical objectives; managing and monitoring comprehensive project management lifecycles; and serving as a primary liaison to continuously communicate project status and resolve issues with customers, project stakeholders, and/or Federal agency representatives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

TO QUALIFY FOR THE FPL GS-14: Specialized Experience: One year of serving as a supervisor managing, evaluating, and directing the work of a professional engineering and scientific workforce; acting as an authoritative spokesperson and technical representative for assigned programs to brief senior leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies; and establishing comprehensive communication frameworks to keep all high-level stakeholders, agency officials, and public/private partners continuously informed of critical project operations, risks, and milestones. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
