You will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant (CPPA) in the Training Support Department Hawaii (TSD Hawaii) of NAV SUBMARINE TRAINING CTR PACIFIC.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating a wide range of documents that often require complex formats and the use of advanced software functions to meet these formatting needs; 2) Preparing correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other documents using proper grammar, formatting, and attachments in compliance with internal regulations, policies, and procedures; and 3) Demonstrating effective communication both in writing and verbally to obtain and provide information related to various matters within an organization.
