We are growing! With our recent acquisition of Hellman & Associates (H&A), U.S. Compliance is looking for a contract hire in Golden, CO to work closely with our client and team members to provide technical and regulatory support for health and safety (OSHA) compliance.
Note: This role is initially for 8 weeks, but then anticipated to extend another 4-6 months. $50-70/hour (6 days per week).

About The Role
- Support clients in building and sustaining a strong site-safety culture.
- Partner with clients to prevent injuries and ensure safety compliance requirements and best management practices are met.
- Conduct safety assessments, identifying best practices and discrepancies with OSHA regulations and other recognized standards.
- Develop, deliver, and implement site-specific safety plans, programs, procedures, and protocols tailored to the client’s needs.
- Develop and conduct on-the-job safety training applicable to the client work activities.
- Attend client planning, progress, and safety meetings to offer insight and guidance.
- Provide on-site support during OSHA inspections and representation at OSHA informal conferences.
- Build rapport and trust with client employees and leadership.
- Interpret construction safety plans and specifications effectively.
- Bring hands-on experience and solution-oriented mindset from mid-size to large industrial job sites.
- Demonstrate knowledge of OSHA 1926, ANSI/NFPA, and other safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

About You
- Multiple years of construction-related safety experience.
- Certifications such as CHST, ASP, or CSP (BCSP).
- OSHA 30
- CPR/First Aid
- Experience working at complex construction sites with multiple contractors
- Solid understanding of OSHA construction standards.
- Skilled in accident investigation and risk reduction.
- Deep familiarity with the industrial construction industry.
- Organized, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Engaging trainer who can deliver compliance content in an impactful manner.
- Passionate about learning and skilled at teaching and coaching.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with comfort in driving to client sites.
- Ability to speak Spanish is not required, but is a plus
