A skilled Carpenter with knowledge of various carpentry techniques with responsibility for installation, repairing, finishing and maintaining various structures. A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable and have good communication and organizational skills.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- To accurately read blue prints, drawings and take accurate measurements to ensure quality.
- Use hand tools required to perform the job but not limited to; hammers, drills, saws, screw guns, metal shears, utility knives, framing square and edging tools.
- Work with materials such as sheet rock, sheet metal and insulation.
- Ability to apply joint compound where drawings require it.
- Measure, cut and shape sheet rock and insulation.
- Join materials with nails, screws or adhesives.
- Complete inspections and conduct repairs if needed.
- Work on top of ladders and roofs of building structure.
- Have a great attitude and willing to grow with the company
- Diligently follow safe work practices for yourself and team members at all times
- Must be able to work in a flexible team environment with job rotation as needed
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of measurements using a tape measure.
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs to waist and over head
- Ability to use ladders at least 10 feet off the ground.
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, stand and walk up to 10 hours per day.
- Wear all required PPE including: steel toed shoes, hearing protection and safety glasses.
- Good physical condition and endurance.
- Ability to work in high heat conditions.
