The role provides strategic and operational leadership for the International Affairs Division, ensuring effective coordination across all functional areas. The position oversees division-wide operations, supports the head of International, and ensures efficient execution of priorities, internal processes, and external engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Division Operations and Leadership
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations for the International Affairs Division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage dotted line oversight of administrative staff of the division’s regional teams and help coordinate and share their workload to cover gaps and provide surge capacity at crunch times.
- Partner with cross‑functional departments across the organization (e.g., Finance, Legal, IT, HR) to support seamless execution of international programs and initiatives.
- Lead division-wide process improvements, operational planning, and internal communications.
- Manage all division financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense oversight.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and alignment with organizational budget strategy.
- Oversee all contract processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the division and the Legal Department.
- Coordinate with IT on technology launches, enhancements, and system integrations, including Salesforce and other division-specific tools.
- Support digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and data quality.
- Oversee the workflow, priorities, and deliverables related to the head of International.
- Manage clearance of CEO-signed correspondence on behalf of the division.
- Organize and oversee internal division meetings, retreats, and leadership touchpoints as assigned by the head of International.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication across the division.
- Lead regular professional development activities and best practices sharing exercises on a regular basis
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 4 years of experience in operations, chief of staff, international affairs, or related fields.
- Strong financial and budget management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional projects and work with senior executives.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Salary : $91,849 - $110,000
