Job Description

Role focuses on supporting data processes and applications related to Card Issuance, helping ensure things run smoothly from preparation through delivery. You’ll be involved in maintaining and improving department tools and systems, working closely with broader technology teams when needed.

The position also includes assisting with data automation efforts, supporting department-specific equipment, and contributing to light programming and problem-solving activities.

Basic Qualifications 
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

Familiarity with business operations or functional areas 
Experience working with tools like ServiceNow (or similar platforms)
Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
Comfort working with and analyzing data
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Advanced degree is a plus

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

This position is available in our hubs in Milwukee, WI/ St Paul, MN/ Fargo, ND or Gresham, OR

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $94,010.00 - $110,600.00
