Job Description
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- 12 or more years of banking experience
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
FINRA License: As a condition of employment, you are required to hold or obtain the following licenses: SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 within 180 calendar days of your start date. Failure to obtain the listed license(s) by 180 calendar days after your start date may impact your continued eligibility for the position, up to and including separation of employment.
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $227,430.00 - 277,970.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
